Ed Sheeran是個很有才華的歌手兼作曲家
雖然長的不帥
但是在這以長像為賣點的樂壇裏能拿到葛萊美獎
且Taylor Swift 也找他合作
就知道他是很有實力的

雖然如此
我對於他的歌並沒有太注意
直到最近這首Photograph...

一開始只是常在收音機上聽到
覺得還不錯
後來不知不覺的就會跟著唱

最後忍不住找出歌詞及演唱者
才發現是Ed Sheeran

我很喜歡這歌詞的意境
尤其是這句"We keep this love in a photograph"

而且MV裏的小朋友就是Ed Sheeran喔..
這算是他從小到大的回顧吧
用在MV裏蠻特別的

這一陣子常聽到這首歌
主唱的聲音很適合唱這種類似gospel music的歌
聽著這幽揚的聲音似乎會引你到太空... (這是什麼形容啊!!)

本來並沒有特別要找這首歌的歌詞
但是這周末在車上聽到這首歌時忍不住跟著哼
奧爸突然冒出一句
"你們有聽懂剛才那一句在唱什麼嗎?"
我說 "那一句?"

奧爸說他剛才是不是唱..I'll give you my life and you can sharpen your knife??
我跟哥哥都笑出來了
怎麼可能會有這樣的歌詞

仔細聽的結果確定真的有sharpen your knife
但是前面不對啦

後來回家找了歌詞
發現這首歌原來大受爭議的就是他的歌詞

他將Take me to church隱喻為做愛
跟所愛的人一起就像到了天堂
就算是謊言他也崇拜

但是看了MV及一些討論區之後發現
這似乎是一首描述同性戀的歌

(這個MV有男男接吻畫面，如不喜就跳過):



所以歌中一直強調'We were born sick'
(在很多人眼中同性戀是一種病)
教會是最反對同性戀的地方
所以Take me to church
還有一種希望能被接受的感覺

歌詞寫的很含蓄但是讓人聯想很多

不過也有人認為這只是一首Love Song
不要想太多
我也這麼覺得
如果不看影片的話只會覺得這是一首情歌
主角心愛女友，將她擺到跟神一樣的地位
崇拜她
這樣看這首歌不是很好嗎
(不過將性愛跟教會擺在一起，本來就是充滿話題)

最近迷上了Sia的Chandelier這首歌
我一直蠻喜歡Sia的歌聲的
前一陣子聽到新聞上說Sia覺得她不是那麼喜歡在人前表演
打算退到幕後專心作曲
害我擔心了一下

還好新歌出來了
後來才知道當初Sia寫這首歌原本打算給Rihanna的
等歌寫完之後
發現這首歌應該是寫給自己的
就自己留下來了

我也覺得這首真的很適合Sia

MV中跳舞的女孩很可愛
表情很多
她是11歲的Maddie Ziegler
蠻有才華的
她還是Sia特別指定的呢!!
我們家妹妹看完後說她想去學體操

最近喜歡上John Legend的這首情歌All of Me
在聽完一堆炫麗舞動的音樂之後
這首深情款款的情歌讓人心靜了下來
百聽不厭
尤其裏面唱到
Love your curves and all your edges
All your perfect imperfections
讓人感受到不管是好是壞他就是愛這樣的一個人
不完美的部份在他的心中也是完美的
多麼甜蜜啊!

MV中的女主角就是John Legend的老婆
這是他獻給老婆的情歌
真是浪漫

早在2013年底
我跟奧爸就先買好了Pink的演唱會門票了


南加1/29這場是後來增加的場次
雖然是在星期三晚上
但是我跟奧爸還是開心的跑去了


7:30開始的表演
我們6:45就到了


一開始的暖場秀是由The Kin負責


這個團體最近才剛推出EP
所以對他們一點都不熟
不過他們表演到一半
好多觀眾亮起手機
讓整個場地有如星光閃耀
也是有趣


這兩位坐在我們附近的女生好喜歡自拍
拍到後來還找坐在她們旁邊的人幫她們照相
連底下帶位人員也被找來幫她們拍照


The Kin唱完後還在我們坐位旁的入口處跟觀眾合照
雖然就離我們的坐位很近
但是我跟奧爸只等著Pink出場
也就沒過去了...
在這段時間還有人在觀眾席中搞笑
帶動氣氛

 
好不容易主角在歡呼聲中出場了


這次Pink卯足全力

 
又彈跳
又釣鋼絲的


敬業百分百

是奧爸的最愛

最甘心的就是
在最後的表演
Pink還吊鋼絲繞全場
讓每個來聽演唱的人都能近距離的看見她
超感動

 
難怪她的演唱會還會增加場次演出


Pink的演唱會真的值回票價
她這次的巡迴演唱是從2月2013直到1月31日2014年結束
希望新的一年裏她能有更多好的歌曲推出

最近常聽到一首很有感情的男女對唱 - Say Something
是一首想要說放棄又捨不下的歌曲
(有一種只要你有反應
我就會繼續留下的感覺)

我們家妹妹四歲半聽到這歌前半部時
她說這歌很Sad...
後來看見MV裏頭老先生看著病床上的老太太希望她能有些反應時
妹妹一邊說阿罵怎麼了..一邊哭了...

前兩天Ryan Secrest在收音機上也說這首歌讓他感觸良多

這歌本來是A Great Big World 這個團體裏的成員Ian Axel獨唱的
今年2月發表的
但是沒有太多人注意到

後來Christina Aguilera發現了這歌
覺得很喜歡
於今年九月重錄改成男女對唱
11月推出後還蠻受歡迎

這首歌最近在收音機裏聽見
感覺還不錯
只是不知為什麼她唱這首歌時我會想到Cyndi Lauper的歌聲
哈哈...我很老了
我知道...

這首歌最特別的一點是
在MV裏Britney Spears是以前女友(or 小三)的身份唱這首歌 @@
歌詞裏頭提到希望自己身上的香水味能沾滿男友身上
讓他的女朋友發現

影片最後那男人還是跟現任女友在一起啦!
雖然我很想看到男生被捉包！

Pentatonix推出第二張專輯了 (PTX VOL 2)...

最早會注意到這個團體是因為2012年他們在youtube上清唱 "Somebody That I Used to Know" by Gotye

當時這個Video還是我們家妹妹的最愛之一喔

查了一下Pentatonix的資料才知道
在2010年時Pentatonix只有三個人
當時他們是高三的學生
組團要參加Glee的audition
雖然落選
但是在校園裏打響名氣
開始了他們的表演生涯
大學也是讀音樂的相關科系
團員又多了兩位

2011年他們參加節目The Sing-Off
拿到第三季的優勝及recording contract with Sony
所以才會在2012年中推出 EP, PTX Vol. 1

雖然他們都是唱別人的歌曲
但是這全然清唱的方式也是別具一格
五個人一人唱一個音階
配合得很棒呢!
今年11/5 推出了album, PTX Vol. 2.
現在連Video都拍的很炫
希望這群年青人能更上層樓

好久不見的Avril Lavigne最近又有新歌了
這首Let Me Go是Avril Lavigne跟她老公Chad Kroeger合作的曲子
我覺得很好聽
而且MV也拍的不錯
看見昔日叛逆的小女生變成熟了
